The app said 8 minutes, but the rider ended up getting there closer to 15. It wasn’t really a big deal, but I do wish the ETA was more accurate, especially when there’s traffic.

Booked through Move It the pickup wait was annoying. A driver was already assigned, but I still ended up waiting around 25–30 minutes with no clear update. The ride itself was okay once it finally started, but the waiting made me late. Not sure I’d use it again during busy hours.

Pickup went okay for me, no real issue there. But the drop-off pin was wrong again, which is the part that frustrates me the most. Maybe I’m picky about this stuff, but I really expect the location to be accurate by now.

I had a problem with my booking and support did get back to me eventually. They fixed it in the end, so I’m glad about that, but I had to chase them a few times, which was kind of frustrating?? Overall it was okay, just wish the response time was faster.

I wasn’t expecting much because traffic was bad, but the driver showed up with a helmet ready and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. The ride was safe, steady, and more comfortable than I thought it would be. I’d definitely book Move It again for my daily trips.

I was actually still getting ready when I saw that the driver had already arrived earlier than expected. But it worked out fine because I didn’t have to wait at all. The trip itself was smooth and okay naman overall, nothing stressful, just a simple and decent ride.

"Good, but rush hour can be frustrating"
I use Move It whenever I need a quick ride, and to be fair, there are usually riders around my area. But somehow when I really need to get somewhere fast, especially during rush hour, that’s when booking doesn’t go through right away and I end up retrying for a few minutes. It can feel like I’m always the unlucky one stuck waiting when I’m already in a hurry. Still, the app is easy to use and it works well most of the time. I’m giving it 4 stars because availability is generally good, but it could definitely be better.

"Reliable When I’m in a Hurry"
I usually use Move It when I need to get somewhere quickly, it’s been reliable for me. Most of the time there’s a driver nearby, even during busier hours, so I don’t end up waiting as long as I have with some other apps. The fare can change a little depending on the day, but overall the driver availability has been really good. It makes booking feel a lot less stressful when I’m rushing.

My plans changed last minute, so I had to cancel my ride. i was expecting it to be a hassle, but it was really straightforward. The refund/credit showed up quickly, and support didn’t make me jump through hoops. It gave me a lot more confidence using the service again. Solid experience overall.

Sometimes I’ll check the same trip somewhere else and see a shorter option right away. "Booked Move It yesterday i appreciated…"
Booked Move It yesterday i appreciated the small stuff. The helmet was clean, no weird smell or sticky feel, and the rider even gave me a hair cover, which was nice. The motorcycle looked well maintained too, not dusty, and the seat was clean. It’s a simple thing, but it really made it feel better. 5 stars for that.
